Before every Monday session, your athlete watches a short module that explains:
The focus for that week
The mechanics we’re fixing
The cues we’ll be using
So when they show up, they actually understand what’s happening.

Middle School - 6:30pm - 7:30pm & High School - 7:30pm - 8:30pm - real coaching, not a crowded clinic.
We teach:
Footwork and balance
Sequencing and power generation
Shot creation
Catch-and-shoot timing
Finishing touches that improve percentages
Confidence and game transfer
This is hands-on, corrective, and personalized. Not a line-drill camp.

Your athlete receives structured workouts to complete between sessions, and can send in video anytime to get feedback throughout the week.
