How the 6 Weeks Work

Athletes (and parents) want clarity. So let me lay out exactly what to expect:

#1 Weekly Pre-Class Video Module

Before every Monday session, your athlete watches a short module that explains:

  • The focus for that week

  • The mechanics we’re fixing

  • The cues we’ll be using

So when they show up, they actually understand what’s happening.

#2 Live Training Every MOnday

Middle School - 6:30pm - 7:30pm & High School - 7:30pm - 8:30pm - real coaching, not a crowded clinic.

We teach:

  • Footwork and balance

  • Sequencing and power generation

  • Shot creation

  • Catch-and-shoot timing

  • Finishing touches that improve percentages

  • Confidence and game transfer

This is hands-on, corrective, and personalized. Not a line-drill camp.

#3 Assigned Workouts & Ongoing Feedback Each Week

Your athlete receives structured workouts to complete between sessions, and can send in video anytime to get feedback throughout the week.

These are designed to:

  • Build muscle memory

  • Increase consistency

  • Fix patterns that have been holding them back

  • Keep them improving every single week

The real progress happens between sessions, not just during them.
